I am right about Amazon breaking up the United States Post Office massive amounts of cash because of its the Delivery Boy. Amazon should pay these prices (also) rather than have them bourne by the American Taxpayer. Many billions of dollars. P.O. leaders do not have a hint (or do they?) !
