In an his annual letter to investors, published today, Amazon creator and CEO Jeff Bezos asked a question that’s fundamental to how companies train employees: Are high standards inherent, or teachable?
“I think high standards are teachable. In reality, individuals are pretty good at learning high standards only through exposure,” he writes.
