Amazon is restricting testimonials of James Comey’s new publication, A Higher Loyalty, likely in an effort to restrict politically-motivated negative reviews of the publication from fans of President Donald Trump, whom Comey criticizes broadly in the publication.
The limitations were originally seen by Deadline, which reports testimonials are restricted to only “confirmed buyers” of this publication. If Fortune tried to post an overview through an Amazon account that had not Bought the publication, we received the following message:
