Zuora CEO Tien Tzuo said that in the months leading to his software company’s IPO, his bankers were preparing him to get a flood of questions concerning Amazon.
“Everyone will ask why Amazon can’t crush you,” Tzuo said in a meeting on Thursday, representing the comments that he was getting from is underwriters late this past year. “They’re very concerned about that at the prep”
