Prepare Lord of the Rings fans: Amazon has picked up the rights to turn the favorite books into a tv series.
The series is slated to move a minimum of five seasons, plus it will not be economical: Amazon expects to spend $1 billion due to its own creation. That cost will create it the most expensive TV series ever, The Hollywood Reporter reports.
