Walmart sued by former exec alleging unlawful Behaviour in e-commerce business pinned against Amazon

Walmart stocks dropped more than 1 per cent Thursday after a former executive filed a lawsuit with a federal court in California, alleging the retailer issued deceptive e-commerce benefits.

Tri Huynh, a former manager of business development at Walmart, having also worked at Amazon, states he had been terminated by the firm “under false pretenses.” He tried to raise concerns of Walmart’s “overly aggressive drive to reveal meteoric increase in its e-commerce business by any means possible — fictitious ones.”
