Amazon is aware that its Alexa virtual helper was freaking out people with apparently arbitrary and “creepy” bliss and will work to resolve the issue, the company told CNBC in an announcement.
During the past several weeks, some proprietors of Amazon’s Echo smart speakers along with other Alexa-enabled apparatus have posted Twitter and Reddit which their apparatus have spontaneously started laughing with no triggered or if requested to do anything else.
