Over a dozen executives and senior managers have left Whole Foods since Amazon acquired it, WSJ reports, mentioning former employees and recruiters helping them shop for new jobs. Management departures are typical when a company is purchased, but one former worker told WSJ who “culturally, it’s been a rough beginning.”
