Walmart has announced that by the close of the year 800 shops will be providing a same-day grocery delivery service that may reach 100 metropolitan locations and 40 percent of families across the U.S.. The merchant will charge a set fee of $9.95 for shipping of fresh produce, meat, seafood and non-perishables on orders of 30 or more.
