Amazon will not inventory new products out of Google’s Nest unit, including a new Nest thermostat and a home security system. Nest, in reaction, will stop selling through Amazon altogether.
Based on Business Insider, that broke the information, Nest employees who obtained the information on a conference call from Amazon were “beneath the impression that the decision came from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos,” though that impression hasn’t been confirmed.
