Every dawn, Amazon employees start their daily life by answering a question which pops up in their computer displays.

The queries are generally work-related, with subjects which range from thoughts about their supervisors to the length of meetings, or the amount of times they have received positive responses in the past week. Sometimes, it asks less sensitive questions like how crowded bathrooms make, and even throws follow-up questions when needed.
