Amazon.com said on Monday it had hired Vernon Sanders to conduct its own television productions, tapping a former NBC executive who oversaw shows including “The Blacklist,” “Friday Night Lights,” and “30 Rock” for your U.S. network.

The activity reinforces the ranks of Amazon’s authentic content branch and marks the latest bit of Jennifer Salke, who became leader of Amazon’s TV and movie studio earlier this season following the role was vacant for months.
