Amazon is in early discussions with financial institutions including J.P. Morgan Chase to assist establish checking account-like goods, aimed at younger clients and people without bank accounts, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.
This is the most recent move by the e-commerce giant to solve one of the greatest obstacles to shopping for its own site: absence of a charge card.
