Amazon is considering partnering with Wall Street’s top banks in an effort to construct a “checking-account-like” product for customers, according to a report.
The e-commerce giant is in early discussions with financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan Chase to help establish the accounts, aimed at younger customers and people without bank accounts, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.
