Ecommerce giant Amazon is notorious for keeping its prices low, a strategy that dominoes to wage raises for its workers.
The increases, declared in warehouse all-hands meetings, were what some workers called the first in four decades and one referred to as “damage management. ” Wages now operate between $11.50 and $15.05 an hour based on the warehouse and part of the nation, the Post documented.
